PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component carrying control device capable of making a foremost component certainly carry out initial movement, and then certainly carrying the component to a target place. SOLUTION: A first stopping member 29 stopping a foremost component 8 in a passage member 16, and a second stopping member 33 stopping a second component 8 alternately move forward/backward. An initial air jetting port 37 jetting air to the foremost component 8 to carry out the initial movement substantially concurrently with or immediately after releasing the stopping of the foremost component 8 by the first stopping member 29 is provided in the passage member 16. A carrying air jetting port 39 jetting air for carrying to a target place to the foremost component 8 after the initial movement starts is provided in the passage member 16.
