<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table having a top board wherein a leg body can firmly be connected with the top board by a simple operation without using a connecting member or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The furniture 1 having the top board includes the top board 2 wherein a facing downward hole 6a which opens to the lower side is installed on the lower surface 6e and the leg body 3 which keeps the top board receiving tool 4 for receiving-supporting the lower surface 6e of the top board 2 installed on the upper section. The top board receiving tool 4 includes: an engaging section 10 which can engage with the to-be-engaged section 11c installed on the top board 2; a cam section 7 which can be fitted in the facing downward hole 6a; a pivotal shaft 12 which pivotally supports the cam section 7 and faces the vertical direction; and an operation section 9 for turning the cam section 7 around the pivotal shaft 12. By turning the cam section 7 around the pivotal shaft 12 by the operation section 9 under the state wherein the cam section 7 is fitted in the facing downward hole 6a, the top board receiving tool 4 relatively moves in the horizontal direction to the top board 2, and the engaging section 10 is engaged with the to-be-engaged section 11c, and the leg body 3 is held on the top board 2.
