The invention relates to a method for processing paraffin sections of organs and tissues before staining and can be used in histology, cytology and embryology. The claimed method includes removal of paraffin by holding the sections in two xylene portions for 4à5 minutes each, their consequent treatment within 1à2 minutes in butyl alcohol and in 96? and 70? ethyl alcohol, followed by exposure of sections in distilled water during 1à2 minutes.
