<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To air-cool sheets stacked on the stacking surface to surely prevent the sheets from adhering to each other due to the remelting of toner by making inner ribs higher than outer ribs among a plurality of ribs formed on an stacking surface. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet stacking device, which stacks carried sheets, includes: an stacking surface on which the sheets are stacked; and a plurality of ribs which protrude from the stacking surface and at least a part of which extend along the sheet carrying direction. The ribs include the outer ribs, which are located on the end part side in the sheet-width direction nearly orthogonally crossing the sheet carrying direction, and the inner ribs which are located on the inner side from the outer ribs, and the protrusion heights of the inner ribs from the stacking surface are higher than the protrusion heights of the outer ribs from the stacking surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
