摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely release rotation suppression of an impeller by a rotation suppression member when fluid flows in the forward direction, and to prevent rotation of the impeller in both forward and backward directions when the fluid flows in the backward direction, in a flow rate sensor having the rotation suppression member 5 attached thereto, wherein a blade part 23 of the impeller 2 is set in parallel with the axial direction, and a tilted guide blade 32 is provided on an inlet side bearing member 3. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first projection 52 and a second projection 53 are provided on the rotation suppression member 5. Assuming that a direction of a torque applied to the impeller 2 when the fluid flows in the forward direction is a normal rotation direction, the first projection 52 includes a cam part 52a extending slantingly in the forward direction from the tip toward a reverse rotation direction. The interval in the circumferential direction between the first projection 52 and the second projection 53 is set so that, while some blade part 23 abuts on the cam part 52a by normal rotation of the impeller 2, another blade part 23 abuts on the side edge on the reverse rotation direction side of the second projection 53.
