PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser microscope device capable of improving image quality by removing a non-resonance component, while suppressing complication of device constitution. SOLUTION: The laser microscope device 1 includes: two optical paths 6 and 7 guiding pulse laser beams, having a frequency difference nearly equal to a specified oscillating frequency of a molecule in a sample A; an optical path adjusting device 11 adjusting timing of the respective pulse laser beams; a laser combiner 8 for multiplexing the pulse laser beams; a condensing lens 13 for rating a coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering light beam, by irradiating the multiplexed pulse laser beam on the sample A; a second photodetector 16 detecting the coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattered light beam generated from the sample A; and a control part 21 generating an image based on a difference between the two coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattered light beams detected by changing timing by the optical path adjusting device 11.
