<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a torsion and a deformation in a scaffolding board without a rear-reinforcing steel strip. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the scaffolding board (A), horizontal parts (7) and (8) bending a flat rectangular steel plate so as to form U-shaped cross-sections (1) and (2) in lower parts on both sides while covering the upper openings of the U-shapes (1) and (2) in succession to the upper edges of the external walls (3) and (4) of each U-shape (1) and (2) and reaching the upper edges of the internal walls (5) and (6), the horizontal parts (7) and (8) forming a main component (11) by a bending so as to form drooping parts (9) and (10) forming a double wall by a superposition on the whole surfaces of the internal walls (5) and (6) from the horizontal parts (7) and (8) and covering the upper openings of both-side U-shapes (1) and (2) of the main component (11) and the horizontal part (12) between the mutual upper edges of the internal walls (5) and (6) of both-side U-shapes (1) and (2) are unified to manufacture a flooring. U-shaped sectional beam materials (15) including both side walls (13) and (14) are fitted and covered and welded at the front and rear ends of the main component (11).
