<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction in size and in weight and improvement in rigidity by providing a three-degree-of-freedom rolling bearing in place of an inner gimbal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a spatial stabilizer, a frame (20) is provided to a holder (17) that is U-shaped, so as to be freely rotated via a support shaft (9A) and inside the frame (20), a three-degree-of-freedom rolling bearing (30) is provided in place of the conventional inner gimbal.
