<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical acrylic film having both of transparency and strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical acrylic film comprises a resin composition (C) obtained by mixing an acrylic resin (A) containing a rubber ingredient and a fluorinated resin (B), wherein the content of the rubber ingredient in the acrylic resin (A) is in a range of 1-45 mass% and the mass ratio (A/B) of the acrylic resin (A) to the fluorinated resin (B) is in a range of 50/50-99.9/0.1.
