<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person (a client) who has none of land, equipment, a technique, and a time, for growing a plant but has a desire to produce an original new plant variety with the original new plant variety, the naming right and the right to the same having been grown. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a method of selling a new plant variety inclusive of the naming right and the right to the same to a client, which method includes plant breeding and hybridizing as well as growing the resulting new plant variety carried out by a plant producer (a professional) on behalf of the client; and a method of selling a new plant variety inclusive of the naming right and the right to the same to a client, which method includes plant breeding and hybridizing as well as growing the resulting new plant variety carried out by a plant producer (a professional) on a prior request (order) of the client.
