<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of biomaterial ejection devices including ejection of a biomaterial in a non-protected state to cause damage of the material and contamination of the material with bacteria. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The biomaterial ejection device is provided with a first holding part 42 having a first pipe 41 and a first outlet port 43 and holding collagen K1 as a first biomaterial: a second holding part 52 placed in the first holding part 42, having a second pipe 51 and a second outlet port 53 and holding a stem cell C1 as a second biomaterial and a culture liquid B1: a biomaterial ejection head connected to the first outlet port 43 and ejecting the collagen and K1 and the stem cell C1: a first pressure-generation part 132 connected to the first pipe 41 and generating a first pressure: and a second pressure generation part 133 connected to the second pipe 51 and generating a second pressure.
