PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive bonding contactor to form a stable connection state by electrically bonding a land-shaped connection terminal and a spring-like contactor or a pair of spring-like contactors. SOLUTION: As for the conductive bonding contactor 11, in the land-shaped connection terminal 12a and the spring-like contactor 13 electrically coming into contact with the land-shaped connection terminal 12a by applying an energizing force to the land-shaped connection terminal 12a and joined thereto so as to be electrically conductive to a conduction part of a substrate 12, the land-shaped connection terminal 12a and the spring-like contactor 13 are respectively equipped with mirror face planes 12aa, 13a each having its contact face subjected to mirror face treatment. At least a pair of the land-shaped connection terminal 12a and the spring-like contactor 13 are installed, and a metal bonding part 15 is equipped which is formed by making the mirror face planes 12aa, 13a of the land-shaped connection terminal 12a and the spring-like contactor 13 face each other to superpose them.
