The invention relates to the constructional materials, in particular to a non-steam-cured cellular concrete, and to a method of production thereof in the construction conditions and to a method of construction therefrom. The method for production of the non-steam-cured cellular concrete comprises, in particular preparation of a solution for pore formation on the basis of the concrete, water, plasticizing agent, hardener formulation quantities and, if necessary, weighting agent, preparation under the special process on the basis of the formulation quantities of water and foaming agent of a foam for pore formation, its two-stage injection into the solution for pore formation, and injection of a reinforcement additive into the solution for pore formation. The non-steam-cured cellular concrete is prepared on the basis of a raw mix, comprising the concrete, plasticizing agent C-3, hardener, foaming agent, reinforcement additive and water for tempering and for foam preparation, at the following components content per 1.0 mof cellular-concrete mixture: 135 - 460 kg of cement, 1.0 – 3.8 kg of plasticizing agent C-3, 1.2 – 4.7 kg of hardener, 2.6 – 4.7 kg of reinforcement additive, 1.4 – 1.9 kg of foaming agent, 100 - 200 kg of water and, if necessary up to 690 kg of weighting agent. Alkali-resistant synthesized fiber, preferably low-grade and nonutilizable textile waste, and more preferably fur fabric waste products after shearing with the fiber length of no more than 1.0 cm are preferably used as a reinforcement additive. The method of the non-steam-cured cellular concrete construction comprises preparation of the non-steam-cured cellular concrete with the fixed density in the place of construction and concrete feeding through the concrete-delivery pipeline under pressure to a place of deposit. |
