<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-refill writing utensil which can make a writing element appear and disappear without making the inner diameter of a shaft cylinder large regardless of the material of the writing element to be accommodated, and does not cause a trouble even if the utensil is used for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-refill writing utensil 1 accommodates a plurality of the writing elements 6 in the shaft cylinder 2 with an open apex in a way that the writing elements 6 are movable back and forth, and projects a pen point 61 from the apex opening 41 of the barrel 2 following the advancing of one writing element selectively by retracting operation. The shaft cylinder 2 is constituted of at least two members such as a shaft cylinder body 3 and an apex shaft 4 having the apex opening 41. Furthermore, the apex shaft is connected with the shaft cylinder body 3 in a way that the pivoting of the apex shaft at the axis of the shaft cylinder body 3 is possible. The apex opening 41 is moved eccentrically from the axis of the shaft cylinder body 3, and the inner wall of the apex shaft 4 is formed in a tapered fashion toward the apex opening 41. The writing element 6 comes into contact with the inner wall of the apex shaft, and thereby, the apex shaft 4 rotates with respect to the shaft cylinder body 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
