SECONDARY CELL CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy loss in cell balance control. SOLUTION: A secondary cell control system includes a plurality of cells 4, a charging part 5 for charging the cells 4 and a discharging part 6 for discharging the cells 4. The secondary cell system can properly use charging and discharging in accordance with a state of the cells 4, and can perform cell balance control with higher efficiency of energy. A charging means includes the charging parts 5 whose number is smaller than that of a plurality of the cells 4. A discharging means includes the discharging parts 6 whose number is the same as that of the charging parts 5 and which are connected to the charging parts 5 in parallel. The secondary cell control system includes a plurality of the cells 4 and a switch for changing over a connection relationship between the charging parts 5 and the discharging parts 6.
