<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sound-shutting off property of a front part of a vehicle while having excellent general use property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An upper end 120T is closely adhered to a lower surface 32A of a joint flange 32 of a cowl 30 in the state that an auxiliary silencer 120 is elastically deformed and deflected.
