<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding transplanter having a sunshade designed to be attitude-variable when being in use and when being in no use, easy to vary its attitude when being in use and when being in no use, and also hampering no work by the attitude when being in no use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The riding transplanter is such that: sunshade support frames are joined to the traveling machine body via the support shaft of a turning supporter provided on both right and left sides of the traveling machine body and below a floor step surface; and the sunshade is made attitude-variable lying below the floor step surface of the traveling machine body and so as to be situated outside of the machine body by forwardly turning the support frames from its work attitude to the turning shaft center.
