METHODS FOR CONTROLING X-MASS TREE AND UNDERGROUND EQUIPMENT OF WELLS IN GAS, GAS-CONDENSATE, OIL-AND GAS AND OIL FIELDS

A group of inventions can be used in producing of gas, gas-condensate, oil and gas and oil fields using remote, automatic and manual control of wells shutoff valves. Each producing well is controllable for opening/closing the shutoff valves of the Christmas tree. A well is connected to a control post. Its pump accumulator plant comprises a pump group and a power functional pneumohydroaccumulator communicated with a high-pressure line through a working body connecting them with a control unit of the control post. The high pressure line is connected to power lines of functional control of shutoff valves and a throttle valve through pressure reducing governors. The post is equipped with a logical control line and connected to executive mechanisms via retarders. Each retarder comprises a control pneumohydroaccumulator and a throttle adjusted to the predetermined retardation. A line of logical control is hydraulically connected to control-guiding units, accordingly each unit is connected to its starting mechanism. The line of logic control is double-provided with similar starting mechanisms of remote and manual start-up the process of logically successive closure of said well shutoff valves. The methods provide enhancement of reliability and non-stop operation of fields, lesser cost of formation fluid production and simpler management of operating procedures.
