A number of inventions relates to mining industry and can be used in developing gas, gas condensate and oil fields using remote, automatic and manual control of boreholes shutoff devices. A method provides enhancement of reliability and no-failure operation of fields, reducing production cost of formation fluid, simplification of technological process control due to automated control of shutoff boreholes devices – side gate valve and overmaster gate valves, a throttle valve, an underground cutoff valve. Production wells are drilled and developed enabling to form a well cluster, install production strings therein, install pump-compressor pipe strings equipped with underground operation facilities and wellhead equipment. The underground operation equipment of gas and gas-condensate wells comprises a controllable underground cutoff valve of a formation fluid, wherein the underground operation equipment of oil wells comprises a controllable underground cutoff oil flow device in which an underground cutoff valve is used in flowing well operation. Wellhead equipment comprises a Christmas tree with shutoff devices, including, at least one side and one overmaster slide valves, mount a throttle valve regulating well production and install control devices of well emergency shutdown system comprising low and high pressure control valve and a fuse, at least a part of cluster wells is connected to a control station or to control station units controlling shutoff devices of the Christmas tree and the underground cutoff valve, the station comprises pump and accumulator unit with a pneumatic hydraulic accumulator and at least one well control unit with power lines of functional control over actuators the shutoff devices and associated thereto a logic control line equipped with at least trebly dual actuators two of which actuated by an impulse for a well shutoff in case of fire situation or overcritical low or high pressure in gas flow line and also developed system of a well shutoff in a logic sequence of fluid closing: side gate valve – overmaster gate valve - underground cutoff valve, operated through a system of retard transmission of command for closing, comprising a combination of the control pneumatic hydraulic accumulator and a throttle in the control logic line in areas of interconnecting with the power lines of functional control over actuators of the overmaster gate valve and the underground cutoff valve. |
