The invention relates to a fusion protein comprising at least one first portion (I) comprising a transporting sequence and at least one second portion (II) comprising a full-length or partial BH3-domain sequence of a BH3-only protein, wherein said fusion protein comprises D-enantiomeric amino acids in retro-inverted order in its portion (I). Furthermore, the invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said fusion protein as well as to the use of said fusion protein.
