<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose vehicle capable of excellently securing the longitudinal weight balance of a traveling machine body, while applying a noise-vibration countermeasure of a power unit such as an engine and a transmission case. <P>SOLUTION: The multipurpose vehicle 1 includes the engine 5 mounted on the traveling machine body 2, the transmission case 7 for transmitting the rotation of the engine 5 to traveling wheels 3 and 4, a maneuvering steering wheel 26 and a driver's seat 34, and a loading space 52 arranged in the rear of the driver's seat 34.
