<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection structure capable of preventing deformation of a flexible insulating film in a terminal part of an electronic unit. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal connection structure, connecting a terminal part of electronic equipment having a circuit functional part and the terminal part and a terminal part of an external connection line, is provided with: a flexible insulating film 1 having a circuit functional region 1a and a terminal region 1b corresponding to the circuit functional part and the terminal part; a circuit wiring layer 2 formed in the circuit functional region; an equipment terminal electrode 3 connected with the circuit wiring layer and formed in the terminal region; an external terminal electrode 7a composing a terminal part of the external connection line 7 and connected and fixed electrically with the equipment terminal electrode superimposed on the insulating film as opposed to the equipment terminal electrode; a rigidity reinforcing body 6 fixed on the insulating film in the terminal region; and an insulation coating body 10 containing the equipment terminal electrode and the external terminal electrode and formed to surround the terminal region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
