<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mounting failure of an electronic component on a printed board by ensuring a determination result that whether a correct surface of the electronic component is sucked or not. <P>SOLUTION: A component recognition camera 18 images the electronic component sucked and held by a suction nozzle 13, a component recognition processor 34 performs the recognition processing of a reflected image of the component, and a CPU 30 histogram-analyzes the recognition processing result. Whether the tone of a determination surface designated by component library data of an object component ID is "bright" or "dark" is determined, and whether it is "single color" or not is then determined. When "single color" is determined, whether tone determination for whether an average gradation value is located on the bright side or on the dark side is performed, and when "single color" is denied, to which side the determination surface is designated is determined, whereby "normality" (an installation surface is downside or a sucking surface is upside) or "abnormality" (the installation surface is upside or the sucking surface is downside) is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
