<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which has the reduced number of driving motors, consequently has simplified structure and reduced cost. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is constituted, such that a body-conveying means that feeds papers from a paper storage section, provided in a body of the apparatus to registration rollers 28, and a bypass-conveying means that feeds papers from a bypass tray to the registration rollers 28; in the image forming apparatus, conveying rollers 26, located upstream from the registration rollers 28 of the body-conveying means are driven by a driving motor 45 that drives the conveying rollers 24 of the bypass-conveying means; and accordingly, both the conveying rollers 24 and 26 are selectively driven by the normal or reverse rotation of the driving motor 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
