<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive webbing insertion member having excellent slidability, a seat belt device and a method for manufacturing the webbing insertion member. <P>SOLUTION: This webbing insertion member 1 includes a core material 2 having an insertion hole 21 inserted with webbing therein, a low frictional material 3 arranged on the inner edge side of the insertion hole 21 of the core material 2, and a synthetic resin part 4 for integrating the core material 2 and the low frictional material 3. The insertion hole 21 has a straight line part 21a for guiding the drawing or winding of the webbing, and an escape part 21b for guiding the deviation of the webbing. The low frictional material 3 has a body part 31 having a cross section formed into a substantially semi-circular shape and arranged at the inner edge side of the straight line part 21a, and inclined parts 32 formed at both edges of the body 21 and arranged on the inner edge side of the escape part 21b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
