<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process control system and method, allowing certain process control with a small human burden. <P>SOLUTION: The process control system includes: a tag attached to an article, and having information related to the article; an information acquisition means for acquiring processing information that is information related to processing of the article; and a storage means for receiving the processing information from the information acquisition means, and storing the processing information. The information acquisition means has a tag information acquisition means for communicating with the tag, and acquiring tag information that is the information of the tag as the processing information. The tag information acquisition means is provided in a processing means that is a means for performing the processing, and the information acquisition means also includes: a means for acquiring information of the processing means provided with the tag information acquisition means for performing the communication as the processing information associatively with the tag information obtained by the communication; and a means for acquiring information related to a time for which the communication is performed as the processing information associatively with the tag information obtained by the communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
