<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the lint sticking to the inner face of a circulating air flow passage while restraining the occurrence of wastewater without any inconvenience in supplying an agent for washing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A water discharge part is provided which carries out washing of the inside of a heat exchanger by discharging water from the water source into the heat exchanger via a feed-water valve. In the washing process, washing (steps S4, S7) of the inside of the heat exchanger by water discharge from the water discharge part is carried out at the timing different from that of the water supply into the water tank or the supply (step S5) of the agent for washing.
