PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition excellent in curability at ambient temperature, giving a hardened product which imparts high corrosion resistance to various metals, and forming a hardened product having excellent transparency, low color and high refractive index; to provide a paint containing the same; and to provide a coated article having the coating applied thereon. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises a vinyl polymer containing a hydrolyzable silyl group, a titanosiloxane compound soluble in an organic solvent, and an organic solvent.
