PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact lens barrel having a sensor that is used for detecting reference positions of a plurality of movable lenses or used for detecting the reference positions of the movable lenses and other uses, at a low cost, and to provide a lens barrel providing an imaging device, and the imaging device. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 204 provided for tapping detection, attitude detection, or the like is used to detect the impact when the lens collides with a mechanism end. The position is used as a reference position of the lens. Thereby, no photointerrupter or a structure for blocking light projection/reception from the photointerrupter is required.
