<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house dismantling and industrial waste disposal application/utilization method, by which industrial wastes can be widely utilized for weed control and as a countermeasure against flood damages caused by local heavy rain, while reviewing, in the dismantling of buildings, the devises and technologies accumulated in the buildings to utilize them as valuable occasions for studying construction, instead of the present situation that almost all of the industrial wastes produced through the dismantling of concrete buildings and wooden houses are discarded, with no effective utilization instance so far. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The industrial wastes produced and discharged from the dismantled concrete buildings and wooden houses are utilized for the weed control, wooden boxes for containers are utilized to collect rain water at local heavy rains, and various types of bags are arranged to be utilized as water protecting bags in mountain areas and vacant lands such as farm fields, city areas, parks and playing grounds to collect rain in the local heavy rain areas. The collected water can also be utilized to cover water shortage.
