<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual head rocker arm assembling method connecting a pair of rocker arm bodies with positions of rocker shaft holes aligned with each other with high accuracy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the dual head rocker arm assembly method, a shaft member 17 for positioning is inserted into the rocker shaft holes 7 of the pair of the rocker arm bodies 3, the pair of the rocker arm bodies are arranged parallel to each other on the shaft member for positioning, then the pair of the rocker arm bodies are applied with a load α so that a clearance δ between the shaft member for positioning and the rocker shaft hole is biased to one side, and a connecting member is press-fitted between the pair of the rocker arm bodies with the clearance biased to one side.
