The invention relates to the devices for plant raw materials processing, in particular to the devices for the sap extraction from the plant raw materials, executed as the presses, wherein the press elements are executed as a conveyor belt, interacting with the other belt. The invention further relates to the variants of a press for the sap extraction from the plant raw materials, which comprises a frame-mounted system of support, tightening, squeezing and driven rollers, bearing the top and bottom continuous scratch belts, wherein the driven rollers are installed at the press output with the minimum distance between them and with a possibility of changing distance between their longitudinal axes under the effect of the scratch belts tension, created by the tension device and the scratch belts broaching gear, with formation of the fifth area of the sap final separation. In the second embodiment the device for tension of the scratch belts from the press structure comprises at least two counterweights, each of which is interlocked with a corresponding to it tensioning pulley. The press of the claimed construction has allowed increasing the sap extraction for the fruit-and-berry mass up to 75 - 80 % at significant reduction of energy consumption and reliability growth. |
