Disclosed is a compound of formula I, or a salt thereof, wherein A is -S- or -O-, X is -CHRxSO2- or -NRxSO2-, Q is aryl or heteroaryl, and the other substituents are as described in the specification. Also disclosed are intermediates useful for the production of the above compounds, processes for preparing them, and conjugates of the compounds with antibodies. Also disclosed is the use of the compound for treating a proliferative disorder, such as cancer.
