PURPOSE: Perfluoropolyether compound composition is provided to obtain high conductivity and small frictional resistance and to prevent the compound composition from being found due to nonblack color even when being attached to the hand and the clothes of a user. CONSTITUTION: Perfluoropolyether compound composition(3) contains perfluoropolyether, treeing silver powder, and polytetrafluroethylene. The amount of mixing of the polytetrafluroethylene is 1 mass% - 50 mass% to the perfluoropolyether compound composition. The amount of mixing of the treeing silver powder is 5 mass% - 60 mass% to the perfluoropolyether compound composition. The diameter of the treeing silver powder is 0.05μm - 10μm.
