<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new spouting tool which can perform a sure spouting by one operation and is ease to use without forcing a user to do a complicated operation. <P>SOLUTION: A spouting container includes a container body, a spouting tool which has a shell member mounted on an opening part of the container body and can pull up a movable plug exposing from the shell member, and a cap attachably/detachably fitted on the opening part of the container body. A peripheral wall 33 surrounding the movable plug when the cap is closed is hung from the top wall of the cap, and on the inner face of the peripheral wall 33, a plurality of ribs 31a<SB>1</SB>-31a<SB>4</SB>engaging attachably/detachably to a lip 13h expanding from the outer face of the movable plug when the cap is closed, are provided. When the cap is removed, positions 31e<SB>1</SB>-31e<SB>4</SB>where the ribs 31a<SB>1</SB>-31a<SB>4</SB>run above the lip 13h to release mutual engagements are made different circumferentially along the peripheral wall 33, and timings when the engagements are released are made different circumferentially along the peripheral wall 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
