<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device and program capable of improving user convenience. <P>SOLUTION: In response to a setting item request requesting a setting item for an information processing to be performed by an information processing apparatus, the setting item is received from the information processing apparatus by a short-range communication means, and a setting screen X1 is displayed with which a value of the received setting item can be selected.
