<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that consumables may be wastefully used when printing is interrupted. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: acquiring print job data showing objects to be printed; applying print setting to the objects for rendering; acquiring a predicted amount of consumables used by a printer when all the objects are printed based on rendered data; determining whether all the objects can be completely printed or not based on the predicted amount; and when it is determined that the printing cannot be completed, displaying information showing the portion of the objects to be completely printed in a predetermined display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
