摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for promoting the formation of microvilli on the surface of a cell, comprising specifying a microvillus formation-promoting factor and using a gene having the microvillus formation-promoting ability, especially enabling the floated culture of an adhesive cell and enhancing the function of the cell having the microvilli. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for promoting the formation of microvilli on the surface of a cell, transducing a recombinant DNA containing a DNA encoding at least one protein selected from the group of the following (1) to (3) into a cell and then expressing the protein on the surface of the cell: (1) a fused protein containing CD34 protein or at least its extracellular domain; (2) a fused protein containing CD43 protein or at least its extracellular domain; and (3) a fused protein containing PSGL-1/CD162 protein or at least its extracellular domain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
