PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield of a material forming a seal member to reduce cost.

SOLUTION: In a waterproof seal member 9, the mutually opposing inner surfaces are contacted to a central part, and the waterproof seal member 9 is formed in a sheet-shaped having a slit 91 which is expanded by elastic deformation and has a connector part 7 being fitted in such a state that it is not externally fitted to the connector part 7. In such a state that it is externally fitted to the connector part 7, the slit 91 is expanded and the inner surface of the slit 91 is elastically deformed so as to closely contact to the outer peripheral surface of the connector part 7.
