PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil apparatus which is used for a small apparatus such as a capsule endoscope or the like, is made of a solenoid-type coil or the like, and has a configuration that achieves easy and firm installation even in a limited inner space of a small apparatus. SOLUTION: A solenoid-type coil 17 formed by winding a wire is provided. The coil has a conductor surface section 17b formed on at least one end of both end regions of the coil by peeling a cover of the wire at the one end and exposing a conductor.
