PURPOSE: A dehumidifying agent composition is provided to stably maintain neighboring humidity after a dehumidification process, and to rapidly absorb humidity by adding high-absorbent polymers with good stability of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidifying agent composition is stored in a container separately manufactured or a bag made of permeable non-woven fabric. A manufacturing method of the dehumidifying agent composition includes a step for mixing a high-absorbent polymer among natural rubber 20-60 weight%, cross-linked Polyacryl Amide, Potassium Polyacrylate, Polyacrylic Acid or Sodium Polyacrylate, sulfur 3-10 weight%, dinitropentamethylenetetramine-based foaming agent 5-12 weight%, and Thiazole-based Dibenzothiazyl disulfide 2-8 weight%.
