<p>The invention relates to the field of processing of oil-containing waste and can be used in the processing of spent filter powders and other oil-containing waste of oil production and cleaning. The process, according to the invention, includes addition to the oil-containing filter powder of dry filter powder; stirring with heating up to the formation of a paste-like mixture; packaging in bags of filter material; storage thereof in the press in layers with the placement between each two adjacent layers of a pair of perforated disks made with radially placed recesses-grooves on one side of the surface; pressing with a gradual build-up of pressure up to 170 atm and separation of the mixture of fats and wax; milling of the obtained degreased mixture; addition therein of oil-containing waste of oil production and iteration of the said operations, namely: mixing with heating, packaging, storage thereof in the press, pressing and separation of the mixture of fats and wax.</p> |
