<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid which enables a user to smoothly walk using his/her own feet in a safe state of stably supporting the body while reducing a load on the body. <P>SOLUTION: The walking aid 10 includes two front wheels 14 rotatably supported by a front part of a frame 12, one rear wheel 16 supported by a rear part of the frame 12, a saddle 18 supported at predetermined height of the frame 12, a steering device 20 assembled to a front part of the frame 12 to optionally change a forwarding direction of the front wheels 14, and arm rests 22 which are supported at predetermined height while connected to the upper end side of a steering rod 46 set upright above the steering device 20 and in which wide arm rest faces 58 for stably receiving arm parts of a user are formed.
