PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method using a specific micro-RNA as a biomarker of head-and-neck tumor; to provide a determination method of the head-and-neck tumor; and to provide a determination kit and the like of the head-and-neck tumor. SOLUTION: One or more micro-RNA selected from the micro-RNA group consisting of miR-455-3p, miR-455-5p, miR-130b, miR-130b*, miR-801, miR-196a, miR-21, miR-31, miR-133b, miR-145 and miR-375 are used as the biomarker of the head-and-neck tumor.
