<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element which has an insulating film in a coil front end part easily managed with respect to peeling workability and finished dimensions, has improved mountability by enhancing drawing position precision and can maintain breakdown voltage performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an inductance element 1a, a conductor 5 is wound around semicircular winding parts 8 bisected by an insulating partition 6 of a core assembly, in the right and the left with the insulating partition 6 as an axis of symmetry to form a pair of coils. Each coil has a structure where the conductor 5 has a winding start 5a wound in one turn in a gap of partitions 4a and, in second and following turns, is wound in one layer approximately uniformly from one end to the other of the semicircular winding part 8 except the gap of partitions 4a and a gap of partitions 4b or is wound in many layers by forward winding and backward winding when necessary and the last turn, namely, a winding end 5b is drawn out through the gap of partitions 4b.
