<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for inspecting a measuring channel unit capable of reducing man-hours or personnel during product inspection of the measuring channel unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device includes: an inspection channel body 21 having an inspection channel 21a in which the measuring channel unit 10 to be inspected is mounted and gas flows during inspection, and a plurality of pressure detection holes 21f1-21f6 provided on the downstream side of the mounted measuring channel unit 10, communicated with the inspection channel 21a from the outside, and formed on each different position on the same plane in an orthogonal direction to a gas flow direction; and a cover 3 for covering part of the inspection channel 21a exposed so that the measuring channel unit 10 can be mounted thereon.
