<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing construction of resin molded components to weld-fix them each other, which reduces cost of molding die and increases layout allowance in mold designing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A door trim 10 has a pocket cover 30 weld-fixed lower side of a front surface of door trim body 20 as a base. A platelike welding rib 40 is formed jutting in backside of the pocket cover 30 and a mounting hole 50 to receive the rib 40 is opened laterally long on the door trim body 20. A mold structure is simplified by opening a laterally long latch hole 42 in the welding rib 40, providing the welding rib 40 with its own temporary assembly function when the welding rib 40 is inserted to the mounting hole 50, thereby abolishing a sliding mechanism for separately forming a latch hook 52 of under form, which function is achieved by hanging the latch hook 52 of undercut configuration in the latch hole 42 of welding rib 40, wherein the latch hook 52 is formed in a flange 51 extending along the mounting direction on the edge of mounting hole 50.
