A system is disclosed which comprises a download distribution engine that provides information regarding a missing portion of a downloaded digital content to an independent software vendor, the missing portion being necessary for the digital content to be complete. The download distribution engine comprises: a detector component that detects the missing portion; a notification component that notifies a customer to download the missing portion or obtain additional information about resolving problems associated with the missing portion; an artificial intelligence component that uses an automatic classification system to search a several independent software vendors (ISVs) to locate the missing portion of the downloaded digital content; a monitor component that provides a process to install the missing portion, the monitor component configured to supply real-time hyperlinks to download the missing portion from the independent software vendor; and a supplemental digital content supplied by the independent software vendor to complete the digital content.
