PURPOSE: A combination lamp for a vehicle is provided to output a uniform light distribution pattern by improving total reflectance of light in a light guide. CONSTITUTION: A combination lamp(100) for a vehicle comprises a light source part(110) and a light guide(120). The light source part irradiates light. The light guide totally reflects light inside. The light source part irradiates light to be slopped to the inside of the light guide. The light source part comprises a light emitting diode.
