<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display capable of effectively performing threshold compensation of a driving transistor. <P>SOLUTION: One end of a coupling capacitance 6 is connected with a data line 8. The other end of the coupling capacitance 6 is connected with one end of each of a selective transistor 3 and a reset transistor 4. The other end of the selective transistor 3 is connected with a control end of a driving transistor 2, and an organic EL element 1 is connected with the driving transistor 2 via a light emission control transistor 5. A data voltage corresponding to a gradation signal supplied to the data line 8 is written into a retention capacitance 7 via the coupling capacitance 6, at the same time, the reset transistor 4 is turned on while the selective transistor 3 and the light emission control transistor 5 are turned off and a correction voltage in accordance with mobility of the driving transistor 2 is written into the coupling capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
